Joe Island Clams can be purchased at the Clam House Seafood Restaurant and Bar 6 days a week at wholesale prices to the public.

Joe Island Clams are planted and harvested right here in Manatee county.

Being farm raised  locally in the Tampa Bay waters, is what gives these clams their Sweet taste.

Kyle Brinkley along with DJ Strott have farm raised clams for over 10 years. Kyle has also been immersed in the commercial fishing and seafood industry for 37 years. From lobstering and clamming in the New England area to spearfishing and off shore fishing in Florida, no one knows more about fresh seafood than he.

Kyle has taken the industry to new levels by building his own fishing boats to create efficiency and productivity. His latest endeavor was his own custom built 37' performance hull offshore fishing boat to provide fresh local seafood for his own restaurant, the Clam House Bar & Grill in Palmetto, Florida.
